Yes, actually I haven't had a headache in over a week! I get some head pain from my muscles in my neck having been cut thru. Makes it tough to hold up my head since the big support muscles in my neck were cut thru. Reading the literature and books I have it takes about a year for those muscles to heal. It is also difficult since my first vertebrae is gone and half of my second one. Talked with one of my PT friends and she said she is surprised I can even move my neck at all. She said I should be thrilled about the pain cause that means I CAN MOVE it which she thought I wouldn't be able to at all! I guess that means I am lucky!

What is going on here? I have "posted" on several threads and when I come back they are not there. Sio, I have not had a headache for over a week now and I do have a lot of neck pain. Since they cut thru the support muscles of my neck, it is difficult to hold my head up all day long. That causes me to have some "tension" in my head but otherwise I am getting stronger every day!
