CF, I just caught up with this thread, and Petfinder is exactly how I found Momma (avatar) I consider her "rescued" cause she was "on the schedule" if you know what I mean. I fell in love with the face and kept hemmin and hawwin about it then decided to go get her. I have NEVER been happier! All my babies have been shelter or rescue and the old saying is so true, you don't know unconditional love til you rescue a furry friend! Good luck with Portia, I can't wait to hear all about her!

Aw, I love her. How could you not want her with her looking right into your eyes. I like her 'bow tie' too. What a cutie. Beautifully marked.

Oh my Gosh CF! Hahhaha I like melody she looks like a Melody hehehh! Music in purrfect key heheheh! I say wow! She's a blue and white like my Mystie hehheh! though she has the full blaze and white chin. Mystie only as a small point on her up corner side of one lip and down heheh over chin in ever widing white stripe over to her chest and neck ehhehe!
Also remember this. Shelter babies need good homes too. Just think of it this way. You grow up get older, have your own place and job. Well then you can get yourself a raggie baby. You want one you can always get one just needs to be the right timing hehhe! Congrats on your baby!

You should go with the lost kitten she is so cute! But not only her cuteness is why you should keep her. She needs a home and someone to love her. Like me i take in every stray kitten i find. When i get to having too many i sell them to people who will take care of them. I train them to be good house pets and too be all good news. Keep the stray.

I may name her Melody and I also like Mona, but I may keep the name Porchia...hmmm...Lol! Yes, maybe someday I'll get myself a Raggy, but right now, this baby is calling for me. I think she might have a white scruff that goes all the way around her neck...you can see the white of her fur wrapping around...
for those who don't know, I adopted Rocky from a rescue also. :3

I will work on getting some CF. They are shy kittens and I am working on getting them used to me. They are too young to take from the Mama yet but I am feeding them. One of the neighbors says the mama allows him to pet her etc so he will catch her if I can't so I can get her spayed. A shed full of kittens as fun as it would be is not a good thing. LOL

Hahha well CF give her a big name but call her by a shorter one heheh! I am seeing that fifth element moment in my mmind where leelou is rattling off her name and Corbin aka bruce willis is like a short name like zsst short hehehe! Leelou ah leelou Corbin corbin leelou heheh!
