  1. Just a question to lighten up a Sunday. I was wondering if other peoples cats have q-tip radar? It does not matter where I put one down, my cats can sense it like bats sense bugs...they hone in and it is done for. Many days I find myself chasing a kitten with it's tail pointing straight to ceiling cat down the hall only to find one tip has already met it's "end". I know, why don't I just throw them away...it is usually during that I can't go by a window phase in the morning so I set it down (never in the same place) and **poof** it's gone...

    Just curious...

  2. LOL! Similar story here, when Chris was giving up smoking, he found lolipops (especially dum dums, thanks to everyone who sent him some!) really helpful. Pickle developed a liking for the sticks, whether they were "live" and still attached to the head of the lolipop, or "dead" and in the bin. We subsequently found them everywhere!

  3. Not Q-tips...but had a cat that had a fetish for lighters. He swiped 17 of them in a month's time. Some we never did find. hahaha

  4. Not a Q-Tip fetish, but an emery board one!!! My Tigger used to hear me get the emery board out and come running as soon as I started filing...he would crawl all over me trying to bite it. What the heck is up with that??!! Aren't cats interesting and fun?! :)

  5. My Smokey had Q-Tip radar! She also liked straws, she would even pull them out of my drinks and chew them up! :)

  7. Haje's is emery boards too, he will wake out of a dead sleep to get one.

  8. Spunky and Twiddle were both emery board thiefs. Spunky is also a big Q-Tip stealer, he will dig them out of trash cans. (or dump the trash to get one out - ick!)

  9. Pencils....Alice believes all pencils were made for her outlaw kittiness to swipe and bat around. When she gets one under the coffee table she puts on quite a show trying to retrieve it. After awhile I am required to fetch it from under there so she can start all over again. It's not unusual to go through three pencils just trying to work the crossword puzzle. Now and then I turn all the furniture upside down for a good cleaning and harvest a large crop of missling pencils I put back in the pencil jar for future cat entertainment use.

  10. Glad to know it isn't just me...the other thing they have been going for are the little wire ties that are on cables and things...

KD can't have his garbage can in his room anymore because they raid it for anything and everything he might throw in there. Is it possible mine are part goat...lol
