Ok hes 13.8 today and pooped a little last night the same amount as 2 days ago. Then today after a little warmer bath. I let him play and he liked it and his butt sat in the water a lot he kept going in and out of the litter box and final went in front of it. He pooped a lot. Ok It was brown w/ a army green in it. Still smelled bad and was thicker. It came out at first like toothpaste and then just came out firm blob, but not hard. Boy was he beat. Still did not want me to clean him off but I did. Now he is fast asleep. I went online and compared picture of what a 2-3 week old bumm should look like to my little guy. His bumm is smaller and higher up by the tail. More so of a 10 day old kitten. I have had him 14 days and we figured he was 3-5 days when we rescued him. Now I am thinking maybe he was younger and maybe a preme. He was under 5 oz when I brought him home, but had not ate in 2 days other then water so I guessed that's why he was so small. He is still eating every 3-4 hours and only 20-30 ml at a time. He will only sleep 6 hours at once in the middle of the night. But is up and playing a lot during the day. He has his teeth in and they are sharp. He does not like the bottle or a saucer. Still feeding him w/ a eye dropper. Loud noises scared him now so I know he can hear. Can smell good, cause he can find me in another room if he wakes up. I want to say he's doing good but I have never had a kitten this small. [My boys were 4-5 weeks and over a pound when they lost their mom.] And I really don't think I worried this much all the time about my son when he was born 10 weeks early [He's 9 1/2 and doing good other then for his size he's 15 pounds under weight.] Hat's off to you gals and guys that do this a lot. I swaire I can feel my hair going gray. Thank you for all your help. With out you my vet would surely block my number.

Stinky poop is a bit subjective. A "You think roses I think burnt cabbage" type of distinction. The color and consistency with a gassy description suggests his food may be a bit rich.
What are you feeding? It should be KMR. Cows milk is a big NO-NO. There are some goat's milk formulas on the web. They are supposed to be for emergency use only these days but are based on home remedies used before KMR.
Try diluting the formula a bit and see if he improves.
It should not be too long before you are at the weaning stage.

Yes, please! It sounds like you are doing all the right things, just no cow's milk if that's what you are feeding.

Its KMR. never cow milk...Poop smell is like my baby nephew after spinich and beef baby food. I am adding more water to his formula. He has pooped 2 more times since last post. It has been as small amount same everything else. But boy he seems happier. And the gas is gone. thanks all....
