Joan while I was in Louisville over the weekend I found some old fashioned stone ground grits for you! (Not instant the actual real thing) I will get them shipped this week!
I found them at a farmer's market type place and they are from a farm here in Kentucky.

OH YUM! I miss those old "home" favorites! I bet Joan will be thrilled to get those! Nothing like my Grandma's homeade grits (she was raised in Kentucky)!
