  1. I think it is time for a banana night shift--just for AV and WWM!

The chefs are at the ready as are the bartenders! Name your banana dish or drink of choice and surely it will be delivered--that is if we can get AV to stop using them all in the soup!

Kittehs are waiting for laps and cuddles! So pull up a chair and share your day...

  7. As a Girl Scout we used to make banana boats. A banana cut down the middle jammed full of chocolate chips and mini marshmellows, then wrapped in tin foil, and cooked on the fire until melted! It was awesome!!

  12. Good evening all. So in light of the idea of banana drinks...

    2 parts orange juice
    1 part 99 Bananas® banana schnapps
    1 part DeKuyper® Peachtree schnapps

Mix all parts together in a glass, or pitcher, depending on the amount of people you wish to serve. Highball Glass

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    2 oz rum
    2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
    2 oz coconut rum
    2 oz creme de bananes
    8 oz pineapple juice

Over ice in a 20 oz glass; pour booze in first and top with pineapple juice, giving it a two layered look with the brown amaretto on bottom. Add two straws, two cherries and serve. Hurricane Glass

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    3/4 oz dark rum
    1/2 oz creme de bananes
    4 oz orange juice
1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
    16 oz ice

Blend ingredients in a pitcher until the mixture is slushy. Serve in a hurricane glass.

  28. Girl Scouts are the US equivalent to Girl Guides! Had the opportunity to work with many Girl Guides from the UK on an event I worked in Germany! It was a wonderful long weekend and I was so tired at the end! We had rock climbing, kick boxing, trips backstage to a theater in Stuttgart, shooting on the range, auto machanics, cake decorating, hiking, and more! It was for older girls and they made choices for what they wanted to do. My favorite was the rock climbing!
