For me it was today and you it was yesterday! LOL It was ok, kinda crazy. Everything is such a mess! I could barely find my desk for all the junk on it! I am exhausted and don't know if I can get my butt from the couch to bed!

Hi MS!...... I had the best capsicums down in the Dominican and thought of your garden!..... tonite for dinner, I think I'll make risotto.....I mean real italian risitto....the kind you have to stand and stir along..... everytime I ordered it down in Pureto Plata (because it was on the menu frequently), they brought me just plain rice.......I want the REAL kind tonite!

AV, i love to put my peppers under the grill(broiler?) and blacken the skins until they blister, then I cover them on a plate with saran wrap for about 10 minutes to let them sweat and loosen the skins. Then just slip the skins off and use how you want to, in an omelette, stirfry,salad etc.

...yes, I roast my peppers many times too!.... I love to whiz them up in my mini processor with some mayo, cilantro, a squirt of fresh lemon (or lime), a touch of dijon mustard, salt/pepper, and garlic for the most yummy "pepper mayo" that you can imagine!... I put it on burgers, chicken, it's even yummy to dip seafood in...... drooling now!....
