  1. Start with a walk around the house. You will get there--it takes time and your body needs time to heal. When you sleep the body does an awful lot of healing--so rest and you will get there!

  2. MC, walk up and down your driveway about four times a day. A 5K is a little over 3 miles and I'm pretty sure that you would find that to be really exhausting just now. You have to work up to it.

    Well, Mr. WWM has a "movie" from Netflix (actually it is a documentary) on the Battle of Britain that he wants to watch tonight. Maybe tonight is the night that I'll find out who won the war?
