.... we have already been through the "classes", and can be licensed for walk up food - 15 yrs ago, we owned an assisted living facility, so we had to take all the health/food related classes to be licensed for that!..... our property is zoned for "walk up" food, but not for "sit down" tables, etc...... thus, my concept of "street food".....yes, there are regulations and inspections, but we're familiar with those, and they are easy to train employees to abide by.... now the BBQ cart guy....... not so sure!....... I think he just "wheels" himself away if he sees a cop car coming!.....LOL
...sighs, I guess I'll have to open a second "street" window for "kitty pizza"....topped with tuna, treats, and a little "fur"......

AV sounds like you have it covered. Are you going to do Pizza by the slice? The way my "local" does theirs is to make really big cheese pizzas and partially cook them. Then when someone orders a slice they pile on the toppings add a little more cheese and finish baking. I actually like the slices better than a while pie because the crust is crispier. Man, now I need pizza for dinner!

..... KK, we're thinking of doing "big" take out pizzas, and also the smaller "personal" ones (for walk ups)..... LOL *walk up taco stand*... don't think I haven't considered that!.... we want just a few simple things.... pizza, maybe hotdogs, maybe tacos..... who knows!......
oooohhhh boy!.... oven baked chicken and yellow rice was yummmo!...... Hubbs is "fat'n'happy"!... Lol.... still my love after 24 yrs!

Guacamole...yum!! Doesn't lemons help with keeping it from going brown? Now I want some good guac and chips...Chevy's makes some good guac and chips. Too bad they closed my local Chevy's. Closest one involves the highway and that can be a mess. Oh well. Just the same...one will want margeritas with the guac and chips.

Ooooh, did I hear guacamole? I'm starving. I was so nervous I could hardly eat this morning. Brought some cereal to work to snack on (didn't know if they had a fridge, micro wave etc) but was so nervous my mouth was way to dry to eat any cereal. Left work at 2:00 and made it to the vet by three to pick up Bobby's prescription (rain and construction). Got home at 3:30 and had to change and make a couple of calls so all I had time for was a cheese stick. Ran out the door at 4 and to work at the gym. Had my yogurt at 7 and now really want to go home and eat something a bit more substantial.
