Happy Friday to all in TDK-land! The kittehs are waking up and getting ready to serve you this morning. Filling up the food bowls and water bowls. Giving pets to those who desperately need them. The windows are open as it is a cool day today. The TV is on telling us the news of the day. Some lovely orangies are busy setting up the buffet. They have made fresh cinnamon rolls, cheese danish, muffins, coffee cake with a drizzle of icing, eggs any way you want, biscuits and gravy, bacon and sausage. There is yogurt and fress fruit as well as cheese cubes. Come in and grab some breakfast and say good morning. I am off to work again, thank goodness this is the LAST day of the week, I am exhausted!

good morning all !!! i'm having a breakfast of strawberries, graham crackers, and milk. miss velvet is already outside on her lead, she was quite mouthy this morning about going out, she barely let me get dressed first !!! my cold is better, but not good enough to celebrate the 4th with the parents. no loss of tears there. today, my goals are to do more laundry, work out at the gym, go and send some faxes, scrub the bathroom floor, and maybe paint some more of the apt. !!!

.....Cuddles had a "puke" day yesturday, I busted her three times in Abby's food dish, and then later "puking up the food"..... I've got to get better about not leaving it out so she can get to it!......poor Abbs can only eat "her" food when I'm here to monitor...... she has access to Cuddles bowl during the day, but she doesn't like the "bland" i/d food that Cuddles has to eat!..... I run quite the circus here! LOL

PM I am thrilled to get the tennis updates--went to our sports channel and they are showing Federer and Nadal from last year--WHY? Anyway at least we get to hear about it!! Andy Roddick is daughter's favorite.
Cheri remember to take it easy--you just got out of the hospital and have had problems with your numbers. Please be good to yourself this weekend!

Hi all! TGIF, indeed!!!!
I worked at the new job 8:30 to noon today so that wasn't too bad. Working 2 to 8 at the gym now. Did research all day - no phone calls since noone seems to be working today. Fine with me - I like the research.
I did get one call back from my calls yesterday. The one bad thing about leaving early is that the other girls end up booking the appointment on sopmething you've come up with. At least the girl told me they'd returned the call and booked the appointment, but when she showed me the appointment paper, she'd put her name on it! Arrrgh! I made sure to mention to the boss that the appointment was because I had called them yesterday. As a matter of fact, the other lady nearly screwed it up. The company is "Wrappables" and not knowing what it was, the lady assumed it was wrapping paper and started chatting to them about wrapping presents - yikes!
I got paid for my week's work today, as well and from now on every 2 weeks. I'm planning on doing a little bit of clothes shopping on Sunday so I'll have something to wear that fits next week for the job.I worked 28 hrs. at the new job this week and 30 at the gym - no wonder I'm tired! Also had the new pet-sitting job with the biting dogs and parrot.
Next week I'll have the two jobs. In addition Old Boss' wife's surgery is Monday so I'll be staying with his daughter from Tuesday or Wednesday. My poor boys aren't going to recognize me any longer.... -

...those cakes are funny!... I especially get a kick out of the ones with "wierd" slogans on them..... my kids thought the "slogan" of the resort in the Dominican was so funny - "tell it only to your best friends"...... we didn't exactaly "get" it!...... and it was EVERYWHERE!..... I just HAD to buy my daughter a tee shirt before we left with that on it! LOL
