Perfect summertime drink for this weekend (with or without vodka)

    I made watermelon aqua fresca the other day and it is so refreshing and so simple!

    4 cups of seedless watermelon cut into chunks (or cantaloupe or honeydew melon)
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 cups of cold water

    Blend the watermelon chunks and sugar in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve to remove all solids and pulp. Add water to the watermelon juice. Serve over ice.

    It reminds me of going to Mexico as a little girl and getting a liquado from a vendor.
