edit: I dont' know if this is a wombat or not! The photo says it is but when I look at other photos of baby wombats they don't look the same. Regardless, it's still super cute.

  2. Awww. I go nuts over the little pink noses. This one looks alot like the baby possums we see here from time to time. We have one living under a cabinet on the porch. Teensy-weensy. :)

  3. Awww. Am I nuts or does it look like it's holding a little blankie?

  4. Kilroy...there's nothing wrong in being alittle nuts. lol. I think there's some 3-D effects going on w/the pic. It's tiny toes have ahold of the baby's breath(I think that's what it is) & the pink is a flower behind it. ;)

  5. Thanks, Feral :) I looked again (hey, any excuse to look at a cute wombat) and I think you're right. I still like the idea of a wombat with a blankie, though :)

  7. If I'm not mistaken it is not a wombat, but a bush baby or a possum...

  8. I don't know about wombat or possum but it isn't a bush baby. They have the huge cinnamon style eyes. One of my favorites at the zoo. He sure is a cutie!

  9. It's not a wombat or a opossum. What the heck is it? It's so cute! It needs a name!

  10. I think it might be a baby kinkajou. Sure lookes like the other picture I have looked at.

  11. Nope, don't think that's a wombat, they bumble along the ground like little furry tanks :) I am fairly sure that is a Australian baby opossum. Cute as they are, they are almost singlehandedly destroying the NZ native bush; I think they are far more common here than in their native Oz!
