Mr. L got you into this situation! Do not look for another doctor for him. You take care of yourself, and since he is so hellbent on distruction he can find his own doctor! That may seem harsh, but I really don't care about him at the moment. He has physically and mentally abused you! You deserve a happy and peaceful life, and I truly fear that will never happen if he is anywhere near you.
