   All you have to say is that you've been really busy lately and haven't had time to even check your email, let alone go to facebook! If you keep saying it, maybe she'll get the point and stop asking!

   It is a social networking network and it is not required that you accept. You should be able to set her to ignore and not get any more.

    Your boss is not your friend. Do not pretend. Tell her you use facebook to keep in touch with the near and dear who are not near and you see her every workday. Also you want to maintain a professional realtionship for appearances sake.

    I don't think she should be offended with that. You might also reply that Facebook may not be checked with daily so communication is best with her in the gym.

    lmao! see i told u there r nuts on facebook! i rest my acse! hehehehe you could also tell her that your facebook is for immediate family only and that as much as you appreciate it, you cannot accept for that reason. if she gives excuses just tell her it's for the best.

    She can see that I'm friends with everyone who works with us at the gym as well as several gym-goers, so that won't fly. I went ahead and accepted her - won't be too terrible if I decide to quit the job in a caouple of weeks, anyway.

    I would have hit the ignore button!! If she ever brought up the subject you could say you must have missed the email.LOL
    However...I talk tough but if you look at my facebook page I accepted an invite from Rons ex wife!!!!! Well she really is pretty nice these days but still it seems odd!

    Make it a habit to Message some one instead of writing on a wall if you are sharing info that you don't want the world to know. Facebook wall is a CB radio. Out there for the universe!

    Remember everything posted here and on other websites is for public viewing. We sometimes forget that. Just google your name or screen name and see the results. Can be a bit frightening.
