Mother was deceased and we just got her yesterday, she seemed fine, eating and drinking but noticed today her stomach was bloated. No signs of litterbox use. Is there anything I can do tonight until I get into the vet?

How old is kitty? If a bottle baby you need to stimulate the bottom with a warm wet washcloth to get baby to go.
Never deworm a kitten without Vet assistance.
