  2. Sounds great. I have trouble getting to sleep at reasonable hours. I get my full 8 hours but have a very odd sleep cycle.

  3. That's because you are up chatting to family on the other side of the world Airy. I know because I'm normally up late chatting to night owls on your side of the world and also have an odd sleep cycle.
    Interesting article Dee, judging by that I should almost be in a coma. All those foods except the salmon are regularly in my diet. I swear by chamomile tea, not to get you to sleep but to give you a much deeper sleep, that's how it works for me. Brilliant colourful dreams too.

  5. Hiya! Guess what? I slept last nite! YAY for me! I "cheated" and took some pain meds before bed so they made me sleepy!
