Hi, Everyone! Once again I'm late because I've been watching the Tour de France. But I was at the gym at 5:30 am today and did an hour of cardio on what we affectionately call the Kick A_ _ machine, and then 40 minutes of weights with my trainer. Two friends split the cost of a trainer with me and so we work with her as a little group of three. She told us on Wednesday that she was going to work us so hard we would think of her all weekend. And I do believe that she was right!
Came home and made my protein shake with a banana and three strawberries.
Tonight is chicken spaghetti and a zucchini casserole that is really good. My pear and blue cheese salad, grilled ciabatta bread and Mexican ice cream sundaes. Our friends will be staying tonight who are setting off on the 150 mile bike ride tomorrow with Mr. WWM. They all want to carbo load tonight.
And tomorrow, after I take them to the starting point, I'm coming home to get dressed and then head out to poke in the stores and shop a little bit.
