  5. I'm not so sure about this chocolate; normal chocolate softens and melts at about 86 degrees Fahrenheit (about 30 degrees Celsius), and normal internal human body temperature is 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit (37 degrees Celsius). The whole point of eating chocolate is having the piece of chocolate melt on your tongue, opening up aromas and intensifying them so what you smell tastes great. If I need saliva to dissolve my chocolate bar because my internal body temperature is too cold to melt the chocolate, my body will wonder, "WTF is this? Chocolate isn't supposed to act like that." Also, the mouthfeel would seem to leave a LOT to be desired; chocolate is supposed to feel like silk, not wax.

  6. Vicki I was wondering the same thing. I think that it will not digest properly either. If they can just leave it so it melts but has less calories and still taste good, they might have something there. Otherwise, leave the chocolate alone or face the wrath of chocoholics world wide!!
