  1. Hey Instinct, can I work at your company when you get it started? I can be your Office Manager or Executive Assistant. Also, there are companies in the tech world who offer free breakfast and lunches along with working a lot. Also, can we make it so people can bring their cats to work?

    (Believe it or not, helped out with this very task in real life some 15 years ago... an ice age in tech years!)

  11. Well, since I would need all of those (CFO, testers, IT support, contracts) I guess we could do that.

    Plus, I would want to have my company away from the city and in a smaller area. Close to mountains so I could go skiing in the winter. Would anyone have a problem if I were to call a "no work" day for skiing?

  12. I loooove skiing... I really feel part of this company now and that no BS policy in priceless...

    So let me see, I will work in what I'm good at, with friends as collegues, will have pancakes + blue berries + maple syrop, will have skiing holidays and no BS. I think I will actually be willing to pay to work!!!

  13. I really do want my own company and this is how I would run it. I had a skipper in the Navy who worked the same way. Random days he would come in, look around and say "It's way too nice to be here today, cut everyone loose." We worked our butts off for him because he took care of us :)

  26. Actually I was thinking somewhere in either upstate New York, Oregon, Washington, or Colorado. Would all depend on taxes and ski conditions :D
