Having a lazy Sunday after a slow Saturday KittyMom. put the washing out to flap in the strong wind and been chatting with Airy in California about sewing. it's still a cool day outside despite the sun.

Sorry I got side tracked, she likes it there KittyMom, she hasn't said otherwise. She has grumbled about the heat though. Where else can you be surprised by a bobcat while out cycling.

LOL at SM!.... I haven't seen Harper's Island, but Hubbs and I got "sucked" in the first season of Dexter, and it was the same way!.......
.... MS, enjoy your "lazy" day, I sure enjoyed mine today!..... we all need those every now and then! LOL...
... ok, going back to read a few more chapters.... I can't seem to put this book down!.

Well, it's getting late here in the states, so, I'll just dim the lights and pull out some cuddle cups for the kitties to curl up in; I'll leave the bar open and some soft jazz playing just in case any other TDKers want to drop in later... I'm finally feeling sleepy, and Mac and Grommie are already in their respective sleeping places - Mac sleeps on the pillow right next to me and Grommie sleeps at the foot of the bed next to my feet - both are giving me the 'hurry up and get in bed already' look ;-) so night all - sweet dreams and happy days.

Update on my Mom, she is still doing ok, they can't seem to control her bp with various meds so far. Keeps spiking between 160-180/85 + but they are trying, there is a problem with her pulling the iv's out. Told them that she has short-term memory loss and forgets easily what's going on, the nurse(s) have said that helps them knowing that. So I guess it is a wait-and-see situation right now, at least she isn't is another coma like she was when the brain aneurysm occurred.

Forgot, I watched Grey Gardens today with Drew Barrymore and Jessica Lange. Interesting movie on the 'other' Bouvier part of the family. Also watched Taking Chance with Kevin Bacon, good movie about escorting the remains home of a Marine killed in the conflict.
