MC update..........not good news

I am glad you were able to encourage your friend to be strong enough to get an answer. He deserves to know what he is dealing with.
I am even more thankful that your doctor was able to assist in getting insurance to cover testing. This is very serious and you need the tests as quickly as possible. Relax during the weekend and perhaps share a dinner with your friend. Monday you can begin to find out what is happening, and then you and your doctor will be able to take begin the proper treatment.
Prayers for a very peaceful and relaxing weekend.

Have been offline for two days and just now catching up. Hugs, purrs, prayers and all kinds of warm fuzzies for you and FF, MC. Hoping everything will turn out well.

I finally have time to catch up with all the posts. So sorry about your latest news Amy. You and FF are both in my prayers. Medicine has come a long way and is improving all the time. Get second and third opinions. Sometimes the first opinions are "worst case possible" just in case they turn out to be the worst possible medical problem. I pray you have no trouble with your insurance and that the doctors treating you and FF have the wisdom to help you. {{{Amy & FF}}}

Sorry you're sick, kitten.
It just does not seem fair that we suffer as we age. Wouldn't it make more sense that we become happier and healthier after enduring what life throws at us?

Dear MC, what a shock! Just catching up as computer deigned to work today. So sorry to hear of the new problems... don't assume the worst. Stay positive!!! And if you don't like the preggers yoga, try the Silver Sneakers version - I did it for a while before my hip surgery, and it was all chair based - so you don't have to worry about falling! I always felt great after the sessions! Hang in there, and I will be sending white light your way on Monday.... {{{MC and babies}}}

I feel so funny I have prenatal and some geriatric exercise videos (yup, got them at goodwill) and the people there looked at me funny when I checked out! Only $.50 so who can complain? I am waiting til all my tests on Monday before I do any of them. Just to be safe! I do have a doozy of a headache today! I think all the storms around us aren't helping, the pressure is hurting my little brain! :P FF is still very sick today with a flu-bug and is getting very nervous about his neuro tests next week!

MC...I'm in awe at the strength you continue to find in yourself to stay positive & still keep your sense of humor about you. I wish I had your kind of strength. You've inspired so many people here with your 'Get Thru This' attitude. And now you've found new friendship in FF & gone on to inspire him to go for tests. It may seem like so little but, Monday my neighbor is going w/me (I sadly need a hand to hold & push me at the same time,as well as my TDK stone) to start the wheels turning on getting me some kind of help thru our state & county system. I couldn't have decided this step if not for the inspiration of all the friends I've made here.
Your Awesome,or should I say Pawsome & I will continue to send Prayers of Hope & Healing Light for You & for your new FF.

I am kinda worn out today, taking it easy. Yes, I did have another eye "incident" last night. No, I did not go to the ER as there was a 4.5 hour wait. There was some big wreck and I wouldn't have been taken any sooner. If it happens again, I will go today! Funny thing, I go for all my tests tomorrow and so does FF! We are having almost the exact same tests, its kinda spooky!

When you go in for your tests tomorrow, make sure you get the biggest room they have. There will be so many of us there with you (at least in spirit) that one of those dinky little rooms won't work.

Amy....you are such an amazing inspiration to us all. AMAZING~ as you maintain such incredible stamina to thrive. Jeff and I just said a beautiful prayer for you and FF and in God's Glory you are being watched over. I'm so happy that you have one another to hold onto thru these uncertain times.
