Please light a candle for Parfait (RIP)

  1. For those of you who haven't had a chance to catch up on the "8wk old kitten - loss appetite, listless, fever, vomiting" thread, KaylynSueG and Kurt had to let Parfait go to the Rainbow Bridge this afternoon.

    Light a candle to illuminate her way.

  5. I lit a candle last night, when little Parfait was still struggling. It was to help her, now it's to light her way to the Bridge. Such sadness - everyone here really wanted that little angel to make it. Hugs and purrs to Kaylyn, Kurt and Eggnog.

  8. I hadn't known that either. Poor little Parfait's mommy and daddy! I hope they find comfort in knowing they did the best they could and their baby is now happy and healthy at the bridge. Many Blessings and Prayers to them!

  9. Oh, that was the news I didn't want to log on to find...Kay, Kurt, I'm so very, very sorry. You did all you could, and little Parfait was a lucky kitten to have had so much love and care from you. She's playing happily now (she's made friends with little Spec) - God bless you for all you did.
