Sat sri akal! that's punjabi greeting! i shall introduce myself...i am an indian/mongolian/european mix heitgae woman in in pennsylvania. i am of the sikh religion, with 3 cats, and a wonderful husband who just looks alot like a cat. first and foremost thing - get this straight (lol) I LOOVVVEEEE CATS AND KITTENS. I THINK THEY R THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THINGS ON EARTH (tied with btueerflies). and are SSSOOOO precious. I wish to spoil, care for and love every cat i see. and i can't stand hearing about or seeing them being abused. Cats have been there for me when many people have not. And they are soooo adorable, soft, and cuddly. THE MORE THE MERRIER!

Thank you soo much! awww yes, im glad to finally find a place that seems really friendly, free of crappy fake people, and genune goodwill. :) Sikh is a religion basically with notes of hinduism, islam, and bhuddism, etc. yet its own faith basically started on common sense virtues. if you are curious, you can read more of it @ www.sikh.net or here - www.sgpc.net . It's bascially from Punjab, in northern India.

I've been to a few forums, and some people are just wierd. They will do anything to extort money and attention out of you, and they fight over dumb things/. At the top of this page you will see "View Your Profile." Click on that link. That will take you to your profile page. At the top of that page, click on "Edit." That takes you to yet another page. Look at the the boxes below your screen name. The second box allows you to type in a website you want to link your screen name to. Put your Catster webpage address in that box. Click "Update Profile" at the bottom and your screen name should turn pink. If we click on it, it will take us to your Catster webpage. Try it!

Hi Nirmal! I'm from the UK, there's only about four of us from this side of the pond who regularly post, and it's usually in the evenings! Your cats are all gorgeous, thanks for sharing. Lol, yes he is madcatwoman. He's very easygoing, and gentle. I tell him he's george's daddy, ebacuse he's hairy like him, plus his demeanor is very similar. :) In our religion, we don't cut our hair (though i cheat soemtimes a lil).
Lady Valkyrie, you're very welcome! I'm always glad to help others learn something new. We don't preach or try to convert people, so know that you won't worry about that from me also. :) Chloe is actually kind of long hair in spots, short in others. Or medium length. Or something. heheh. And, if you are wondering, that's me holding Chloe in the pics. That was the day we got her. Her previous owner worked at the thrift shop near us, and asked that we try to find her a good home because she lived in an apartment and had a dog that was scaring her and not allowing her to eat properly. So, I said, we'll surely find her a good home. And so we did!

Lady - lol...Chloe is a charmer. When we first saw her, i literally SSQQQUUEAALLED. She warmed my heart at first site like a candle, and i swore i would care for her for life. Before the owner we were taking her from, she belonged to the owner's daughter. This cat had been thru way too many homes already, and was not going to be handed around any further! And she's VERY soft. Oh, and don't stare into her eyes because I swear she will hypnotize you, and cast some sort of loving cat spell on you. I know, because she did it to me.
