MCW NYC meet up attendees (or possible attendees)

If you're planning or hoping to attend the NYC meetup, could you shoot me a quick e-mail at newsgoddess AT gmail DOT com, letting me know if you have a preference as to date (Thursday 9/3 anytime or Friday 9/4 after 6pm)? Also, if anyone has any thoughts on a good place to meet, I'm open to suggestions. I'm thinking about the Irish pub where Mike & met, which is located in midtown near Madison Square Garden.

    Just trying to get a head count.

    If we keep bumping this up between us Kilroy - I think both Cheri & Dorie (4kits) are hoping to come, plus Gini. And I'd like to meet Treether too if she can make it! Any other Noo Yorkers out there?

  8. I don't know if Sullis is still around, but she is/was a New Yorker. And we know we have at least one New Jerseyite (is that the correct term?). I know Joan said she was busy, but maybe something would work out.

  11. I can't promise anything *yet*, but if I sell one of my listings between now and then I will fly in on my friend's buddy pass ($120 round trip) and join you guys. Right now everything is up in the air since even with two closings and counting one (hopefully) next week, I have only made $7000 this year! That's what happens when you sell $90,000 houses. My listings are $190,000 and $200,000, so if I sold one of them I would feel better about spending a little money.

  15. Bumping again. I've had 2 e-mails from folks, one with a vote for Thursday the 3rd for a get-together, the other with no preference. Time is flying and I'm going to have to start putting some plans in place, so please, if you're interested, e-mail me at newsgoddess at gmail dot com.
