Morning everyone. I'm moving slow this morning. 2 hours a night with the 13 and under set (vacation Bible School) is definitely more tiring than work. Tonight is the last night then I agreed to help clean up tomorrow. I have to complain Why Oh why does that dog of mine think my bed is the place to get sick on??????

Busy busy busy...said like the magical hat guy in Frosty the Snowman. We are gearing up for our big Fall Sales Conference and it is major prep time for everything. Involved in several different projects so this is the first I have had check into TDK.
I was curious as I never read if AV got the job she interviewed for. Does anyone know? MC, I am really praying that they find out what is causing your eye problems and be able to fix the issue stat!
Cheese cake sound really good. I had lunch at The Cheese Cake Factory the last time Ange and I met up for lunch. Boy was it good!
Woken up during the night for the second night in a row by stupid upstairs neighbor. Tuesday night woken up around midnight and this morning it was around 4am. She has her TV going both times and has the window open so I can hear it. Either she has insomnia or works a job as a hostess at some place that is open all the time, like a Denny's or something. I wish she would change to a more normal schedule like going to bed at more normal hour of 10pm on a daily basis. Growl!
Calico cat was visiting again this morning. I checked on the nest when I was up around 4am and sure enough the dove was gone and I could see the calico cat sitting on the downstairs balcony railing watching the tree. I was alerted to this by my cats moving the blinds aside to watch. I think I heard Sylvester growl at the cat. The dove came back around the time I went to take my shower (around 6am) as the cat was gone by then.
I stopped at Starbucks on my way to work. I had a whole grain, egg white with turkey bacon sammie and a grande mocha with no whip cream. If I had really gotten healthy it would be a latte with soy milk..(no thanks).

Hi Karin - you sound busy! Sometimes staying busy at work is nice, though - the day goes by so much faster that way!
I'm home between jobs and leave for the gym in 30 minutes. I wonder what's going on there today?
I didn't get enough sleep last night, and I'm dragging a bit. I've been sore from sitting so much by the computer, so last night after work I went to XBF's and took advantage of his hot tub. I didn't get home til 11:00 and it was midnight by the time I went to sleep. Bobby woke me up several times crying. At one point he sucked the blanket which, before two nights ago he hasn't done in months. I think something is bothering him so I'm keeping an eye on him. It may his ear. This morning, his one eye looked bad and I fished something out of it and gave him some eye drops.
As for Mi, he started the day by throwing up in my shoe!!! -
Morning all - just crawled into the office - need my coffee and brioche. Thank goodness it is Friday here! I had such a lovely nap on the train this morning. GD, Mi has impeccable aim!

Morning all - just crawled out of my nice warm bed. Actually Shadz insisted I got up and fed her. It's cold here brrrrrrrr. I'm an hour late getting back here too(check p.1)so I must have had a good sleep. I know I had vivid dreams. Getting breakfast now and chatting to Airy. Oh my Mi, did you have a wee tummy ache, and now you feel better. Sorry about the shoe GD.

Mi brought it on, himself. He ran out and ate grass when I came home last night. I went right to sleep and he must have thrown up in my shoe afterwards. I'm just glad I discovered it before I put the shoe on this morning! He couldn't claim innocence as he was the only one who ran out and ate grass and the was part of what I found (TMI, sorry!)

GD, we're all owned by cats and know what to expect so it's not TMI, and this is the site where we celebrate poop. That's amazing aim Mi has though. Shadz usually leaves it where I can stand and slip on it.

....made it back to Fla!.... :(
wwwaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! I didn't want to leave the mountains..... when we got back to Fla, I stepped off the plane, and almost immediately melted!....
SMM...... I am getting together this coming week for the final step in the interview process - salary negotiations!....... He's basically offered me the position, but will have to make it work my while..... we'll see......
Abby was sooooooo happy to see me, even Cuddles came downstairs do "demand" a pet, and of course her meat - the cat sitter didn't have any meat to give her, as treat because we were out.......
...... unloading my bag now, it's so nice to only take one small carry on, we pretty much have everything up there we need...... Poor Tinkerbell will miss her food, as I washed out the feeder this morning, I looked out the window, and she was flying around the tree looking for it!.... poor baby!....

Welcome back, AV! Actually it rained here most of the day and it's only in the low 80s here.
KM, Bobby seemed better when I got home. His eye looked just fine - thank goodness he lets me touch it and get out things that are sometimes stuck in there. He does well with the eye drops, too.
Hehe - I discovered one night that the eye drops work for humans, too! I woke up and my eye was killing me from allergies and general irritation. I was out of eye drops so after reading the label, I went for it and used Bobby's kitty eye drops - worked like a charm! :) -
Not far into my day and I've really only chatted on here and with KK so far. Yes, it's soup for lunch, thank for reminding me, I'll get it out of the freezer.

Hi everyone. I had a busy afternoon looking up grant information. My sweet hubby sent me flowers today. He knows how upset I am with knowing that there is something wrong with my eye and not being able to find out until Tuesday. Well the beautiful bouquet did bring a smile to my face! I hope everyone has a good rest of the day. I am off to stalk some leafy greens for my supper!

How many of you have kittehs that love water? All mine do and this morning I was soaking my hand in ice water(!) and I kept having to push cats away cause they kept sticking their heads in to drink. Funny, it was so cold they could barely lap it, but kept trying anyway!
