  6. Prayers and good thoughts for you, Kykat. I'm hoping that it is something treatable and/or caught early to prevent any damage. {{{{Kykat}}}}

  7. Kykat, I just saw this and want to send you some healing white light and prayers that your eye issues are treatable and they can help you maintain your vision.

    When I went in for my yearly exam early last year, they found a spot on my macular in my right eye that affects my vision some. The slight distortion is up and to the right when staring straight ahead. I can really see it when I have to view Excel spreadsheets. So they sent me to specialists and did several test and was informed that it wasn't macular degeneration but as far as they could tell it was a scar on the macular. I was told to call them if my vision changed. I am due for another yearly exam and will schedule an appointment in the coming weeks.

    Just found out last week that my Dad has wet macular degeneration in his left eye and when typing an email has to make it 18 pt in order to view it. His right eye has dry macular degeneration and so far is fine. He is on a strict regimen of vitamins that his doctor and my step-mom are monitoring.

    Sending you some consoling hugs and prayers.

  8. I'm sorry to hear about your eye, Kykat. I'll pray that it's something treatable. ((Kykat))

    I just started taking a multi vitamin this week. I'm working too much, running myself down and was starting to not feel well.
    I'm horrible about remembering to take pills and am always in such a rush, never home at any predictable time during the day where I can take them, etc. So this time, I got gummi vitamins! I keep the bottle in my purse and am reminded about taking my vitamins every time I open the purse. It also makes it easy that I can just chew them and not have to deal with finding water when I remember to take them.

  10. KYKAT I can understand your fear. You are amazing how you are handling this! I also agree with you that information is good. Not knowing is what is very worrisome. Prayer that you relax and can stay less stressed while waiting for the appointment. Prayers that this is easily treatable. Prayers of peace to you KYKAT!
