We seem to be late getting this thread started today. (Maybe all the TDK are still at the Gym?) I managed to get to the gym today - later in the week seems to be when I slack off more often. Today did 30 minutes on the Treadclimber and then about 20 minutes of upper body strength training. I need more of that but anyone know any good sites for exercises for that? I don't like the machines because most of them just can't be adjusted enough for short fat women.

I was at the gym at my usual 5:45 am today. Today I did 1/2 hour on the elliptical and 1/2 on the bike, both at interval training. Then 1/2 hour of leg weights.
I just got back from my "real" workout - the grocery store!

WWM that last is double workout- heavy duty on the willpower workout!
If I had remembered it was National Cheesecake day I might have made one and brought it into the office. Luckily I forgot.

Going to aerobics class at 6PM. Forget the cheesecake--have a lowfat string cheese instead (still pretty yummy)! :)
