Geez, GD, you make me want to take another nap! Hope you can relax a bit this evening.
You just reminded me of something. Hubby and I went to a car cruise at a drive-in restaurant last night in our '69 El Camino. I saw a t-shirt with 4 cats wearing tennis gear - the back of the shirt had the back view of the cats - it was so cute!
I worked 2 jobs for 15 years; a couple of nights and weekends at a doctor's office. Nice to get $$, but it was tough.

It definitely is, Joan. I'm working 60 hrs a week including Saturdays, so Sunday is my only day off.
I'm tired of leaving my house at 7:40 in the morning and coming home at 9:30 at night! And I'm really tired of never getting to spend time with my friends. I don't even have time to stay in touch with them over the phone. I've played tennis twice in the last 6 weeks. My back was acting up so badly this week from sitting at work 10-11 hrs. a day that I wasn't able to sleep.Anyway - I still don't know what job to stick with, so I'll have to keep working both jobs....

Morning/afternoon all. It's mid morning here and a sunny but cool day. Just watched Shadz sprint across the yard when she heard the street sweeping machine come down the street. Next thing I see is her peering around the corner of the house to see if it's coming after her. She looked so funny. She got brave then and came and wound herself around my legs to show she's no scaredy-cat.

Hi MC and MS!...... yes, the beach day went great!.... we ate at this beautiful little "roof top bar", overlooking the ocean..... it was lovely, and though they had smoked fish on the menu, both Hubbs and I opted for the fresh grouper sandwich, since it was their fresh catch, and offered at a good price!.... from there we traversed to Fort DeSota (which BTW, has been voted America's #1 beach numerous times), where Son was to be the key note speaker for a political event....... he did unbelievely well (is this amazing person MY child?)... and got a standing ovation...... his generation really and truly is our "hope for the future", and is was impressive, to see so many (of all generations) shout their support for him!...... *blushes as the proud momma*....
