Probably no need to worry, unless she appears to be in pain. Are you raising her by hand or is mama kitty with her?

Try a shoebox lid. Small enough for tiny babies to climb into and introduce her to it. I jump for joy everytime I hit this hurdle early! My last pair started around 3 weeks to urinate on thier own and I just started introducing the litter box before and after every feed. Scratch her little paw in the litter and if you need stimulate her while in the box. Then she associates litter with eliminating. When they are done doing thier thing, help her cover it with some litter to (this helps her learn good potty habits).
If you are hand-rearing you get to play mama kitty and since I assume you, like me, are not litter box trained yourself you get to improvise!
Good luck and congrats on the milestone!Posted 2 years ago by SnowFlower #
