  2. Take them to the vet now-they are old enough to be neutered and need this cleared up first!

  4. Hi Dwod, welcome to TDK! We're not actually allowed to discuss volatile subjects like de-clawing on TDK, because people feel very passionately about it - but please do some research into this because there are other options.

  5. As everyone else said, get this kitten to the vet quickly. Did you adopt the kitten with it's nipples that way? Their could be a slight problem that needs a vets opinion before it may get worst. Also, declawing is not the answer. Don't put your kitten through that brutal pain. Do more research on declawing just as MAD CATWOMANINTHEUK said. Their are other options such as tripping/filing and "soft paws".

  8. First, is this the kitten kept in a cage? Keeping an animal in a cage can cause major health problems...also, before declawing, have your father check out this website!!!!!!!!!!

  9. Hello DWOD and welcome to TDK (the daily kitten) =)
What's your kitten's name? Have you chosen one yet? If you click on our Avatar next to our comments (mine is Shady who's part siamese) you will see that many of us have Catster page pics of all our kitties.
It sounds like your father has made up his mind about declawing your kitten and I want to say it's important that after this has been done that you NEVER let your kitten get out of the house because he can get into fights with other animals and can't protect himself at all. The nipple thing doesn't sound good and I'm glad he'll be seeing a vet soon. Good Luck DWOD!! =)

  10. my cats name is mazz

    hes an inside cat

  11. Good. If he is declawed he MUST STAY inside for his entire life. If for any reason you have to give him up make sure he goes to a home tht will abide by this.

  12. OMG 2bpurring there was a link in the link to a claw caps thing and they r adorable!! my dad is thinkin bout ordering them now thank u soo much ♥♥♥♥

  13. Yay! They (Soft Paws claw caps) will do everything that declawing does but will not hurt your kitty. They are an 150% better idea and your kitty will be much happier (and look cute too!). Plus, less of a vet's bill if you just get him neutered!

I can't remember, are you getting the ringworm cleared up with an anti-fungal cream? It might be worth dabbing a bit of cream on the sore nipples in case it has re-occurred. If you don't get rid of every tiny spore of ringworm from your kitty's environment, which is hard to do, it can come back again (and kitty will need the cream again).
