Bambi into Fufu

HEY guys!, i havent been on since may, i felt bad for not going on since all of you wonderful people helped me raise my kitten, heres an update for all of you, at first i named it bambi because i thought it was a girl, its a boy, lol, so i named him fufu, he doent meow anymore, but ive got worse problems, he begs for human food, i dont know why, nobody ever gives him any, i guess he likes the smell, but he'll start meowing at me loud if i dont give him any, oh and his breath smells very bad, can you guys give me some tip, oh and here are son pics of him all grown up, just click the links.

  2. Hi Jeff, thanks for the update! Love the pics, especially the one with the 'Hello Kitty' sheets ;-) Fufu is quite a handsome boy. As far as the 'kitty breath' goes, he may need to have his teeth cleaned; have you taken him to the vet for a dental checkup?

  3. PLEASE DONT LET THIS THREAD DIE, lol, and i tried some dental food, it makes his breath smell better, but its still kinda bad, and i try to make him drink water because his mouth is always dry and his voice cracks sometimes, lol.

  4. Have you tried a water fountain. My cats drink a great deal more with fresh flowing water. It could help. Mine also each dry food more than wet. I can't get them to actually like the wet. I think that helps with the teeth. Thanks for the update on the little cutie!

    Great to see you jeff, most importantly great to see Bambi aka Fufu. You have done an awesome job raising this gorgeous baby.
    Well as far as the human food sitaution goes, I'm the wrong person to ask, and definitely don't ask my husband he is even worse. About 1/3 of mine love human food, the others could care less. Human food is really not good for them , but ususally they are satisfied with one tiny piece. The other side of the sane argument is once you start...I think you decide, but health wise, best to keep it to small amounts.
    In regards to kitty breath, I'm not sure I have many words of wisdom. Brushing your kitty's teeth is a good idea, but I've never been able to do it partly because I have 9! LOL There are many videos on line and there is fish flavor toothpaste at most pet stores, Fufu may be young enough that you can stoill give it a try. You could also try crunchy kitty treats, they may help in cleaning them.
