WHOOSH..the cathole opens and out comes Fred and Cricket in Houston. They are dressed for the Texas heat. They have on some Cowboy and Cowgirl hats on. Fred has on a short sleeved bowling type shirt in green and white with a pair of chino shorts. Cricket has a summery thin dress on with spaghetti straps with little flowers all over in yellow, white, green and pink. They have a huge gift bag with them that they put together last night and puts it on the present table. They start decorating the room. Streamers, balloons, mice, Mommy's salmon and cream cheese cake, They hope their friends arrive soon!

Oooh! Goodie! Something for the girls to do today while mommy has more tests on her head! They come with their big catnip plant, some greenies and catnip cupcakes. Wilma makes a beeline straight to Fred. Betty goes and headbonks Cricket!

Abby and Cuddles swoosh through the worm hole from the Cafe.... they are so proud of their gift, they think it will be such fun to see everyone's surprize when Huddy opens the snake can and everything pops out...... Abby is wearing a pretty blue sun dress with little yellow daisys on it, and a matching yellow bow.... Cuddles, well, she has on her best "mumu" (more like a hanging flowered tent with sleeves), that's all that will fit around her routund figure, but Momma has made some pretty green bows that clip just behind each ear, and she looks like she's wearing pig tails..... she loves them, and feels like a "queen"......the girls rus over to Fred and Cricket and quickly offer their help in decorating.......they exchange huggs with Betty and Wilma too, who have just arrived.....

Fred is so happy to see all his friends, especially Wilma. He gently gives her a kiss on her cheek.

Ooohhh---Milo is excited about Huddy's party--since he's new around here, he's a little shy, but wants to make new friends.He has his best new bow-tie on and has bathed to a shine.Scurrying around and getting catnip mice to bring to Huddy, along with dragonflies and some little nip cakes he made himself (he says). He is excited but is a little leary of the wormhole--never been thru it and never been to a birthday party--he hopes the other kits like him and he can make friends.

Whoosh - bonk! *Leela arrives head first and bumps her noggin!* She is wearing a bright pink sun dress with a matching pink hat. She looks around and sees some familiar faces, but wants to see Huddy and his mama first. She headbonks Huddy, gives him a present that she wrapped herself (you can tell - black fur all over it!). She then presents Huddy's Mama with a bouquet of freshly picked wildflowers from New Jersey. She brought some fresh shrimp salad for the hoomans and shrimp dip and crab crackers for the kits.

Milo is so glad Chance greeted him so he didn't have to try to introduce himself yet--he's in awe of the beautiful decorations, and spies the crepe paper streamers right off, but remembers Meowma told him he couldn't tear them down to play with. (Darn, maybe later?)

...Abby greets Leela with a hug, and the girls admire each other's sundresses.... they *giggle* behind their hands, as they spy Smudge, Milo and Chance "cute boys" whispers Abby, and they run to find Cricket, Betty and Wilma for some more "girl talk"............. mean while, Cuddles is admiring her "mumu" and green "pig tail" bows as she preens in front of the reflection from a pretty silver balloon that she has just finished blowing up for the decorations....... the old girl has to sit down, winded, she just doesn't have the lung power these youngsters do!..... she grins and peers around for cake.......

Gracie Emma and Thierry come sliding through the wormhole. Gracie has been working all night and has made her famous "sock toys" for everyone. They are rolled up knee-highs that form perfect flying discs to chase and toss. Emma and Thierry are carrying Huddy's present, a play fountain that you cen drink from or splash around in. At night light some on in the fountain for all night play!

Velvet and Spice come thru the wormhole with their present. They are wearing their red, white, and blue short sets. Velvet has on a red and white striped shirt with blue shorts that have whte stars on them. Spice is wearing a blue and white striped shirt with solid red shorts. They give the plant to Huddy, exchange nose kisses and go into the house.
Cheri knocks on the door with two things in her hands. One is an enormous pink cake which she says is for the kitties and is salmon with tuna frosting. she also has a large plateful of brownies for the humans. She is greeted by Huddy's mama and enters the house. it's going to be a great day !!!

Huddy runs around and hugs everyone, thanking them for his beautiful presents, awesome decorations and yummy food. Now everyone is playing in the catnip and streamers and frolicking through the fountain. It's a beautiful sight.

Nibs, Nora and Gem finally come through the wormhole to join the party. They haven't been to a TDK party for awhile so they really wanted to come. Besides, they really want to meet Rocky, who Mommy kept talking about all the time when he was trying to find a furever home. They are all dressed in their summer party dresses, but Nora (like Cuddles) had to opt for a plus size version. They all have their special pins that they got from Shaddo. They brought a Boogie Mat for Huddy, and little nip socks for everyone. Let the bunny kicking begin! Happy Birthday, Huddy!

Ruggles and Rotley swoosh through the worm hole, followed closely by the more dignified Thor and his brother Wishes.
The lads brought several catnip plants, beautifully potted in hand-painted clay pots with balloons attached. The nip cologne is from Emma, explains Ruggles, as he searches for Willow and Windi.
Rotley and the others rush over to congratulate Huddy on his purrday!

Sylvester and Mia arrive late what with being on West Coast time. Sylvester in his tuxedo all nice and shiney and Mia in her striped sweater ensemble. They bring a huge fresh catnip plant along with treats and a catnip bubble machine. Nothing like chasing bubbles and it tastes good too. Flowers for Huddy's Mama.

"they hide a world of things, don't they"......Abby passes out streamers, little bags of nip and invites them to join in the romping festivities....... Cuddles and Nora head for the cake table......
As the girls pass by, the worm hole "swooshes" again, and *plop, plop, plop* there lands Ruggles, Rotley and Thor...... the girls "wave and giggle"... "no, we haven't seen Windi and Willow yet, but I'm sure they're coming".... here are some crinkley balls - and the boys scamper off to see who can get one first......

The girls are giggling and admiring each other's outfits. Leela notices the pins that Nora Nibs and Gem are wearing are...just like the one she's wearing! Mama makes sure it's on her outfit whenever she goes out - for good luck and happiness. Cricket is snickering at Abby's antics and Leela asks her if she's ever seen that new boy before, um, Milo, I think his name is. Velvet and Spice say hello to everykitty. Lots of nose kisses are exchanged. It's exciting at Huddy's house today. Lots of friends, foods, snacks, streamers, baloons, and someone just put on dancing music. Spice goes to dance while Velvet finds a nice big comfortable chair to settle herself into. She likes to watch all the kitties. Meanwhile, several humans come to Velvet and say hello and stroke her fur. She purrs. She is comfortable and having a good time...

Willow and Windi are late but they fly through the cat hole to Houston and land, somewhat unlady like, in Huddy's living room. The girls are wearing Mexican peasant dresses that are white and hand embroidered with bright red and yellow flowers. Like all Mexican dresses, they are off the shoulder and have pretty ruffles at the bottoms. Willow has on a red sash and Windi's is yellow.
The girls rush over to Huddy and give him birthday kisses. Then Willow goes off to find Huddy's Mama to ask her to hang the pinata that the girls brought. Windi watches and laughs behind her paw because she knows what is inside the pinata. There was rain in Midland and thousands of little frogs have hatched. Willow and Windi have filled the pinata with the frogs and just know that their friends are going to have so much fun chasing them!
Willow finds Ruggles and gives him a hug. "Wow, you smell really good!", she tells him as she gives him a small ear wash.
Windi has wandered over to a pile of gifts to carefully place Huddy's gift with the others. The girls have brought Huddy a custom pair of Tony Lama cowboy boots that are made of genuine mouse hide.
Willow asks Ruggles if he will help her unload the basket of treats that WWM has sent. There is crab pate, milk custard and tuna tidbits for the kittens. For the hoomins there are margarita's, quesadillas, tacos and flautas with guacamole.
Let's party!

Sophie and Molly are really late. Meowmy was gone all morning and they aren't allowed to go through the worm hole without her permission. They are dressed in matching sun dresses but different colors. Molly is in sunny yellow the better to contrast her eyes and Sophie opted for green to match her eyes. They are bringing nip cookies (baked while Meowmy was gone) and their favorite game of pin the tail on the dog. For Huddy they got some special salmon flavored treats, some of the best catnip and a special cushion for his naps. Whoosh here they come
