I'm BAAAAAAAACK!

  1. Probably won't be on for very long today, but I wanted to say "I'M BACK from the Pennsic Wars" and I missed all of you, although I was glad to leave technology at HOME for two weeks.

    All right, I did have my cell phone ;-0 but no email and no internet access. (lol)

  5. Welcome back Siobhan, I have been looking at different websites about Pennsic Wars! Very different, I'd love to hear more about it when you get settled back in and see pictures...The battle for grounds sounds very exciting!

  11. I'm still a bit stiff and sore from all the lugging and carrying in such a short time :-)

    I'll be going back to work tomorrow (Wednesday) and I can work on links to pix.

    It rained four of our first six days at Cooper's Lake (ugh). Things got so muddy many of the roads and parking lots in camp were closed. Things improved during the second week, thankfully. It was nice to see 'dust' rising instead of so much mud.

    The temperatures rarely hit above 80, it was glorious. I don't do heat very well.

    I may try to log back on later today (Tuesday). It was really nice to see all the welcome backs here, you guys are the greatest. (hug)

  12. Hi Siobhan...I'd never heard of Pennsic Wars before so I just googled it. Sounds like great fun! Hope you took pics! Welcome home! Anxiously waiting to hear your tales of this delightful experience. =D
