Lily...We love her so much but she has been clawing, scratching, and biting CONSTANTLY...She is almost 5 months old...She isn't fixed...(Could she be going into heat?) my husband and I have scratch marks and puncture wounds on our hands and legs...I don't know how to discipline her so I let her do whatever she wants...I say no loud and clap my hands but I feel like nothing is working! Does anyone have any advice on this subject?

Yep! She's old enough. You need to get that "SPA" (our term for Spay or Neuter Vet Appointment) visit set before you have little visitors from heaven.
You stop a cat from biting and scratching by telling it NO! in cat language. Hold down gently (or grab the scruff and hold kitty still) and Hiss. Then give kitty a timeout setting it aside and ignoring it for about 5 min. If kitty insists on attacking repeat saying "no" in cat language and the timeout.
