I was just going to add my prayers that FF finds a renter and it seems the power of TDK was already working. That is so great he found a renter. Here is hoping they are good tenants. Sending prayers that things work out for FF as well as for you too MC.

The best part is he was going to have them pay the mortgage payment less $500. They absolutely wouldn't hear any of that and want to pay the FULL amount!!! He only has to pay the 250 per month association fees. He is so thrilled, I can hear it in his voice. Kinda nice I was the first person he called to share the information with! Now, if he could just quit throwing up his hands on the MS diagnosis. I keep telling him he hasn't even taken meds for a MONTH, it can't work that fast!

Yayyyyy! This is awesome news MC!!! I SOOOOOO love the power of TDK Prayers! "Ask and ye shall receive". I think if you give FF some time, and the meds have time to take effect, you'll find him happy dancing in the street. How wonderful that this couple insisted on paying the full mortgage payment! Wow...A true blessing. =)

I did not even have time to post!!! Many hugs, prayers and good thoughts to you and FF. He must not lose heart. It takes a while for those meds to work. We have a friend (young man 30) who was just diagnosed last month and he is feeling the same thing. Patience to FF. It will get better. I am so pleased that he now has renters. Prayers still coming your way.

FF's townhouse was GORGEOUS! His new house, not so much. It needs a LOT of work. He has to basically gut the place. He can do all the work himself. The people have done nothing so it looks like it is stuck in the 80s. His kitchen is dark and dreary and I constantly tease him about it! Ok, he just told me it has an INDOOR POOL in it! Its not a huge pool just one of those lap things that people swim in one place but can get exercise that way. It also doubles as a 17 person jacuzzi. He said you could strain out all the algae and grossness in the pool. The pump is shot and it needs a new liner. He thinks he finally figured out why his cat is peeing and pooping outside the box. There were dogs and cats living inside before that the people DID let pee and poop everywhere. He is warming up to my idea that his cat is not mad at HIM but at the old animals. He said he will have to pull up all the carpet and padding too.

I am saving up and buying that poor cat an electric litterbox for Christmas. I got mine for 30.00 on ebay. Maybe I will get lucky and find one for his cat. He loves the one Betty and Wilma have.

He's so happy, he has called me four times about it today! Now they want to move in on Saturday as they lost their house. He has to go in and fix a few things before then and thinks he will cancel his neurologist visit on Friday! I said NO WAY!!! AAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! MEN!
