My kitty cat uncle town has been acting weird. He's thrown up 3 times today, won't eat or drink, has diareha and growls at me!! I thought at first he's stresse about new kittens in the house becase he can't go in my room for a few weeks and that was his favorite spot. He licked some baby food but no enough. I gave him his insulin so I'm worried about him throwing up. Anyone experiance this before? One of my other cats is growing up food too I know they need vet but I just spent 300 on kittens. Please help:(

Could the cats have gotten into some household cleaner or poisonous plant? Have you changed the type of cat food you've been feeding them? I would be concerned. If they are throwing up and have diarrhea, there is a danger of dehydration. Please take them to the vet if you can.

I am takin him to vet in morning. He would t be interested in household cleaners. He's an old man and usually cranky anyways so I don't know if growling is because I'm following him around forcing him to eat and I really can't he's a big guy and I'm kinda scared of what he can do. I've fed this food before but I was feeding something else for a couple weeks then switched back. He usually eats fancy feast chicken and a little bit of dry food. Hedoesnt like the diabetic food the vet gives me. He's had diabetis for a few years now no real problems. Could he just be extremely stressed? The diareha was like water and almos looked like there was spit in it(mucas?)

He's acting responsive,he eats a little but not much but then throws it up and it just food. I'm so worried he's 16 I hope he's just not getting too old:( he's my grumpy old man:(

I'm glad you art taking him to the vet tomorrow. I don't know what these symptoms mean, but a vet should be able to sort him out. :)

Is gerber stage 2 chicken w chicken gravy ok for him? I heard you had to be careful of onion powder. Ingrediated are chicken wate and cornstarch.

i don't know much about diabetes but do know that it can be reversed for some cats if feeding the right food. i found this site has lots of info about nutrition for cats with diabetes http://www.felinediabetes.com/.

I took two of them to vet today and I'm gettin blood work done. I'm so worried. I didn't feed them until 9 tonight and then Bums made weird meow like rowowowowowo and kept lickin her lips and then puked I've never seen her do that. All cats have diareha and two are puking. I can't figure what the heak is going on. Could te kittens have brought in something? For a couple days one kitten was pukin a few times a day but has stopped. Couldn't it just be a bug going around? They act jus fine except they just can't keep food down and vet said they wernt dehydrated they are drinking water. I'm terribly worried !!!!

You are doing all you can to help them, KC. It's hard not to worry, but you should have answers soon from the vet. Once you know what you are dealing with, you can start treating it. I hope it's an easy and inexpensive fix. :)

Ok so mr town stop yacking after the first day, bums has been yacking the past 3 days an hour or so after
she eats. Nothing worked...baby food, pumpkin, yogurt, just the juice from canned food, it would all come up. I went to a hollistic pet store today because I feed the kittens innova and asked ten what to do since the vet wouldn't prescribe me anything, said it was a virus that needed to pass. So the guy at the pet store gave me 5 sample bags of innova senior dry food he said it has saved cats lives that were going to be put down due to vomiting. I fed her at 4pm, and 7 and it's already 9 and
