   Hi all - I'm having some day!!!
   When I got into the new job this morning, the bosses announced at the morning meeting that the appointment I set the other day worked out - they just got a signed contract last night. It's just our 4th contract so far (it's a new company), so it's a big deal - the company is paying us over $30,000.00 for this. And I'll get a small bonus for setting it up!
   So needless to say, the bosses were excited and asked me to describe to everybody how I found the company and set up the appointment.

   During the day there today, I somehow got "hot" and booked four more appointments - my previous record was three, but my average is more like one per day.

   I reminded the boss I won't be in tomorrow (I'm playing tennis ad eating sushi with Auntie Ellen, but told them I'm going to the dentist), so he paid me a day early - and was so happy still, that he paid me for tomorrow, too!

   When I left and had no problem getting into the busy street by the office where I usually sit for 5 minutes before I can get out, I just knew I had to go get lottery tickets! I NEVER play the lottery, but I was on such a roll, I figured I just HAD to! So maybe our global TDK get-together will be coming up soon.......

   Oh, and the boss told me, too, that once we're done with calls abour this show, in about two weeks, he wants to talk to me about working there full time. He says he wants me to stay and work full time and we'll sit and talk about what I'll need to make that happen. Cool!
   This should keep me motivated for the next couple of weeks - the better results I have beofre then, the better off I am when I meet with him.

    Thanks, everyone!
    It's been nice to have a good week there - I was feeling pretty down because I wasn't setting any appointments.

    It'll be nice to have a talk to the boss and finally figure out what I'm going to be doing. I know I can't keep working both jobs - it's just too much. IT's been good to make the extra money, though.

    Actually, maybe when I win the lottery, I won't have to work at all! :)

    ..... sets out "outfits for Greece".... then "outfits for NZ"..... then "outfits for England".... then (where else do we want to go?)......

    ..... I'm driving to NC on Sunday, and one of my favorite things to do is to buy a lottery ticket in each state.... Fla. GA, SC, and NC...... I figure it increases my (our) chances !!!!! LOl

    The California Mega Lotto is at $146 million. I bought some tickets on Tues and thought because it was my birthday that I might win but alas it wasn't so. This means I am to buy some more tickets for Friday nights Mega Lotto. Lump sum payout is $90.1 million and after taxes it is ...drum roll.....$54 million.

    Heh, thanks! I was mad at the boss because my check bounced and I thought what the heck - let me go play tennis with my team. Then I set up sushi with Ellen which is even better! I do feel a bit guilty lying about the appointment now that he paid me for the day.

    Karin, yes, it would be nice to get down to one job. If I can negotiate better pay and fit in my weekly tennis match with my team, I'll go for the new job. I also get paid holiday time off there versus the gym where we're either closed and I don't make any money or I have to work on the holidays.

    I have no idea what the lottery is up to - I'll take whatever it is!

    MS, those intersections are the worst! People end up doing crazy stuff to try and get out which makes it even more dangerous!

    GD, I'm so thrilled! Don't feel bad about the 'dentist', I bet the boss would even have given you the day off if you'd asked. After all, you're responsible for a quarter of their income, so far :)

    You enjoy yourself, you deserve it.

    Would it be absolutely wicked to say if you leave the gym, I'll miss the crazy soap-opera goings-on ;-) ?

    So we have NZ, Canada, England, Finland, Greece how could we forget Spain! While in England we could make a pit stop in Scotland to visit Metsa adn so i can test a theory out about men and kilts! Then Maybe we could hit ireland jsut to see if the cat of man island our manx are still running native! Him wonde rif Celtic Thunder has any concerts would love to stop and see them in person!

    So where else!? maybe a cruise would be best heheh!

    Wow GD when you're hot you're hot!!! Well done littermate! I will be so happy to hear you've quit the gym one day and I think we're all buying lottery tickets for saturdays game....Wouldn't it be fantastic to have an international meetup?? If we did win I hope that KittenMaster would attend. He'd have to come for something that special. Enjoy your playing hookie tomorrow..You deserve it! =)
