   Maybe we should contact some congresspeople and senators, see if we could get something national implemented. The idea is great but great ideas tend to spread much slower than stupid the stupid ones do.

   just emailed that to my daughter, she got a job about 4 months ago with the state of nebraska HHS and she is a huge animal person. Mybe she can get something rolling here
