  1. Oooh an airshow, mine would be freaking out! They do not react well to loud noises. I can't imagine how loud that must be!

  2. Hello everyone! We had a bad storm here this afternoon. Some people were without power for an hour or two and there were tree limbs on roads etc. The winds were so strong and blowing almost sideways with pouring rain! Oh my!! When I got home, my power was on, but had been out I see. All is fine here thank goodness. I waorry about my sweet babies.
    Great Dane, Congrats!!! Good for you!!! I haven't chatted with you in eons. Nice to see you here. :) Sorry you didn't get to go out with everyone tonight. AAwwwwww... :( HUGS to you.

  4. I had a nice gift when I got home from my Perry. So sweet of him. A nice big hairball right on my bed. I have to wash all the sheets and blanket now. It has been a long time since he's done that. He usually leaves one on the table or floor. LOL......

  5. Everything in my house is shaking, those fighter planes are loud and HUGE! Even the dishes in my cabinet are rattling! CM, did Maddie ever eat??? Glad she is going potty! AZ, gonna add your mom to my prayer list! Always room for one more! Hi BB!

    Maddie let it sit there and didn't eat..so we told her it was too late to go to the park now and since she didn't eat, no play..so we stayed home and gave baths..we are planning to go to the zoo tomorrow.

  12. I am ok, kinda peeking out the window watching the planes. Its so noisy I can't even watch the tv. I hope the go in for the night soon, I would like to see my girls. They were supposed to go to the vet tomorrow but that is NEVER going to happen with all this noise, rescheduled for next Saturday when its quieter!

  15. We live right near the airport and that gets loud at times. I can't imagine the other planes...although labor day weekend we get the air show here and that gets pretty loud.

  20. Hi BB! I'm doing GREAT! Did you see my post about the NEGATIVE blood test? WOOHOO! I just need to wait on the biopsy. It could be positive but chances are it won't be, so I will have a much more relaxed weekend. Honey isn't doing to well, though, I have a thread up about him. Daddy is doing better, he stood up three times today! We talk about the "cat people" who pray for him and he LOVES it!

  23. Maybe we could make a thread for your dad and we could all sign it and if you can, print it out and take it to him. We did that for Lynn's next door neighbor Lila that they are so close to. She enjoyed it! What do you think?
    I haven't looked at any other threads yet. Just went right to this one to say hello. I am so glad for the good news!!! Hooray!! Sorry about your honey. Will keep him in my thoughts and prayers as well as you and your dad.:)

  26. Well, even though I fed both cats when I got home their wet food (around 1:30pm), they are now looking around for the their evening feeding. Well, sorry kitties but because of the late feeding, evening feeding may be later or not at all. Still waiting for the pet sitter to call me and I really hope she calls soon as I need to go out and do some shopping. I can't leave my place as I wouldn't be able to get back in the front door as our building is secure.

    CM, sounds like Maddie is having a trying day...trying to wear out Mom and Dad to get what she wants.

    Hi and bye Bumblebee. Stay safe..those storms sound fierce. MC, we get the jet planes buzzing San Francisco downtown when they are practicing for their air show. Thank fully they cannot come over my area as that is near the airport and the airspace over and near it is restricted to only the airline flights flying in/out of the airport.

    FRIDAY!!! Yay!!!No 5:00 am alarm clock in the morning!!! If y'all want to see WWII aircraft in the sky, you need to come to Midland in October. Our AirSho has the largest group of WWII aircraft still flying. It is awesome to see!

  29. good evenine everyone !!! i just got up from a 2.5 hour nap and it was good cuddling with Sven. he makes a great body pillow.

    May I please have an Angus ribeye, medium rare, a baked potato with sour cream, and cut up bananas and chocolate. i'll also need an ice cold diet pepsi, and a cuddler, purrer lapkitty please...thank you...

    and how is everyone this evening ? i have to be up at 7 am tomorrow morning to get my food package at 8 am.

    tomorrow will be general cleaning in the apt. and getting ready for the garbage man on tuesday morning. i also email my parents by 1 pm that i am alive and well. it was my suggestion to do this so they don't come down from greene like they did last time...
