Summer Party at the Rink?

The wormhole door opens and out pop Betty, Wilma and their friend Lydia from Las Vegas. The girls are dressed for the occasion! Lydia has a nice yellow shorts set and a big yellow bow between her ears. Its looks lovely against her black fur. Betty is wearing a purple tshirt and jean shorts. She too has a big purple bow in her fur. Wilma is wearing her pink tshirt and jean shorts. Lydia is bringing nip cookies and Betty and Wilma made nip brownies. Betty has a little chocolate icing on her nose, she just couldn't resist a snack on the way. OOH, "let's put the treats on the table and see who's here".

Velvet and Spice have joined the party at the skating rink. Spice has on her pink skating outfit - a longleeve top with the sleeves scrunched up to her elbows and a pink miniskirt with a bow. she has her silver skates. Velvet has on her green short set with blue stars. she did not bring skates, she is too fragile for skating, but she brought a warm thick seat pad on which to watch the fun.
they both brought large insulated jugs of catnip punch, tea, and cups.
let the party begin !!!

"It's Velvet and Spice" The girls all skate over to Cheri's girls and soon there are purrs and headbonks all around. They get Velvet set up on her pad and comfy chair and go to the snack table to get her treats!

Fred and Cricket bounce through the wormhole and land at the rink. Fred is dressed in dark pink shirt with jean shorts to match Wilma and Cricket decides on some jean capris with a yellow flowery shirt. They see all the girls and run over. Fred says hi to everyone and then gently nuzzles Wilma and asks her to skate. Cricket catches up with Velvet, Spice and Betty

Whoosh! Thud! Out pops Leela. She made a cheesy tuna caserole with anchovies. She's wearing her signature pink. This sundress is light pink with purple swirls on it and she insisted on wearing her tiara today. Actually, it looks nice with her angel pin. She brought local wildflowers for Vicki and wishes her a Happy Birthday. She then sees a few faces she knows and the headbonks begin.

*Plop*, *Thud*.... Abby and Cuddles woosh through the wormhole......Abby has on her sky blue skating outfit, trimmed in white lace.... Cuddles is wearing a large red velvet mumu.... (Abby thinks she resembles Santa Clause, but didn't want to hurt her feelings because Cuddles has been so nice to lately, so she told her she looks very nice!)..... Abby quickly straps on her skates an skates off to join the others..... Cuddles doesn't skate, so she goes to join Velvet to watch the fun and enjoy the food!......

Leela just texted mama to say she's having a blast with her friends. The rink is decorated like a tropical beach. There's a tiki bar with nip drinks on tap and someone brought crabcake cookies that are awesome! Jimmy Buffet is playing on the jukebox and she wants to know who Jimmy Buffet is.

Jetta very tentatively peeks out the end of the wormhole. This is her very first trip through it, and well, being the skittish girl she is she wasn't too sure... Daintily she step out onto the rink and quickly runs outside of it. Too much fun by the yung'uns! She loves to see others having a good time. She has a pink outfit on that goes so well with her black fur. She's a little unsure of herself but starts handing out the nip treats she brought, making sure to keep some for herself (she loves her nip!). Scanning the room to look for some more refined older gals like herself to gossip with....

Spice has been having a great time !!! eating delicious snack, skating, laughing and giggling with friends, a little harmless flirting...a great day for all...of course, she checks up on Velvet every once and while to make sure she's safe, comfortable, and having a good time too...

LOL!..... Abby twirls and spins, loving the excitment and enjoying being with all her friends!..... the girls compliment each other on their outfits, and "whisper" about the boys...... she keeps an eye on Cuddles, who is snore-purring loudly in the corner, next to Velvet and Jetta..... the three "elderly" girls have almost cleaned out the "crabcakes" and are now napping off their meal.......

...and meowmy comes to retrieve her Jetta. Don't want her to be scared to go through the worm-hole again, though soon she'll probably be a pro! Mama needs her cuddle bunny to take a nap with... will be real quiet and gentle to not wake Cuddles and Velvet... Jetta had a great time and has a full tummy and can't wait to hang out, eat with and gossip about the young'uns with her new napping friends!

Lainey, Betty and Wilma are having a party on Wednesday and want to make sure Jetta comes! They think she is such a sweetie and look forward to more mischief with her! Love the pix Cheri, that is real blackmail for the kitties!

Cheri calls the rink and asks Velvet and Spice to come home. she would like to take a nap with her 2 sweethearts. Velvet and Spice agree. they gather up their stuff, leaving the jugs of catnip punch, tea,and cups for the remaining kitties. they hug everyone and promise to be at the birthday party on Wednesday, August 26th.
Into the wormhole they go, to be greeted and snuggled by Cheri. "Did you have a good time ?" they both say and nod yes, then all 3 head for Cheri's big, soft bed...

"Bye Spice, bye Velvet! Nice to see you." Leela's mama says she can stay a while longer; there are thunderstorms near the wormhole at home so Leela should stay put. "Good." says Leela to Sammy and Oliver. "I wanted to stay longer anyway!"

... Abby thanks "Auntie Vicki and Auntie Joan" for a wonderful party!.... she drags the ever so sleepy Cuddles to the wormhole, and "swoosh"!... they land back in NC!...... Momma puts their little pjs on them, and tucks Cuddles in her "bowl", and Abbs in her donut bed!.... the girls yawn HUGE and are snuggling down.... it's been a wonderful day!...
