I've seen the Big Cat Rescue website but unfortunately never visited the facility. They are doing such wonderful work. Did you see the wonderful video memorial for Anastasia? What a beautiful girl and surely she and Stalker made a fantastic pair. R.I.P. Anastasia. Thanks Julie! Can't wait to see pics when the kids get them to you! =)

My son his girlfriend and my sister were visitors to your rescue yesterday and have many wonderful stories to tell and I looking forward to seeing all the wonderful pictures they took. Next time I'm in Florida Big Cat Rescue is top on my list of things to see!
Well, I finally see this!.... YES!!!!! I LOVE this place, and find it fascinating!.... I have been to the Furr Ball too, it's really fun!..... One of the founders is a close friend of my MIL, and Hubbs and I really like supporting this cause!.... there are so many BIG cats that people get as "exotic" pets, and then out grow them, or are abandoned by circuses, or just injured in the wild..... this is a fabuluous place, and does a really good job!... last year at the "ball", our celeb host was Bo Derek.... and yes, she still looks THAT good!

That's wonderful AV!!! I'm currently trying to talk my sister into going to this years fur-ball. I'm sure it won't be too hard, she also fell in love with the place. My son was telling me about "white tigers" and it was sad, I had no idea..I really want to help support this wonderful place.

Well, 2B, if you come to this year's ball, we will definitely have to have a TDK meet up!..... maybe we can get Dee too!....... and there are others that aren't too far, that maybe would drive over to Tampa.... SOM and GD come to mind immediately, but I know there are more...... HOW FUN!!!!!
Well I'm not sure what my odds are of making this years, but pretty sure my sister will be there. I didn't realize that if you have adoption papers or spay/nueter certificates that are within the past year you get in for free. This worked out great for my family visiting since my sister had 3 kitties nuetered this year.

2B - There's a twilight tour on Sept 19. It's the best time to visit because almost all the kitties are out where they can be seen.
