80% cocao dark chocolate in the fountain and a heap of strawberries, raspberries and other fruit for dipping please. And I'll have a dry white wine as well.

A big platter of chocolate with a chocolate martini thru the wormhole to GD. My day was long as my head is pounding today, think it is because the humidity shot back up today. Evening friends! OOOH dark chocolate for Lainey with a hot AND a cold chai (you know how it gets when the weather starts changing, even subtely--sp?). One more hot one tomorrow for us and then it's going to cool down a bit and the humidity is going to go down, too. I'll also take a cuddly kitten (or two).
Didn't get to see dad. Ran into my sisters in the parking lot and he had just kicked them out. He was just pooped from his little excursion in the therapy room today!
Don't forget to sign his page if you haven't (and would like to). I'm printing it out to read to him tomorrow (printing at work as I'm out of ink). You all have brought joy and tears to me in your notes to him and I KNOW he will appreciate it and it will give him strength and courage. Thank you!

AFternoon littermates!! Just got back from Lowe's and buying a new front loading washer, since my 12 yr old one died on Sunday thought may as well buy one that I actually have wanted. It will be delivered next Tuesday to the place I am moving too so it all works out. Now to commence packing, have I mentioned how much I don't like moving....sigh.

Ohhhhhhh, you're moving! And have a new washer! Exciting Deb. I hope you have plenty of help for the move. Ugh, packing and ugh ugh moving. Done a few myself and for the girls. My front hall has a large box on wheels of Megan's sitting in it, a refugee from her moving in the next few weeks.

LOL, MS!..... Mr. AV is asleep, still resting up after his big WIN in the golf tourney!...... why are Men so much like our cats? ..... they do something relatively normal, and then have to be fed/watered!.....
... your dinner sounded lovely last evening... I love root vegetables, but here in the summer, I don't get many.... *sigh*.... I'm having friends over tomorrow for dinner, I think I'll make my "grilled" salad.... it's always a hit!
