you two are too funny!.... how are the wedding plans coming?..... both of you also need very special dresses (mother and aunt of the bride)..... have you come across anything?.....
.... I can barely stand to go shopping any more, if my Daughter was getting married (please God, let her get thru college first).... I swear, I'd be in a real pickel, trying to find something to wear!.....

I haven't thought about a MOTB dress yet as I want to loose a bit more weight. i've spent lots of hours on the puter looking at things like making favour boxes, folding napkins,place tags etc. Today I had a rest from it all before I went crazy.

I have a dress that I bought in an online auction last year but it is too big. I have recently met a dressmaker who I am going to take it too - it is rouched around the middle so I am not sure if she can take it in or not. Its creamy satin with big copper spots on it. I'll look like an escaped giraffe.

.... I can imagine!... there are so many details to a wedding!....here in Fla. they have "outlawed" throwing rice........ now, everyone makes little "bags" of bird seed.... apparently, the local "tree watchers" swoop down and help clean it up!.... the rice apparently sat for days and "people" had to sweep it!.......

Or the rice swelled in the wee birds tummies and caused all sorts of problems. I saw somewhere that you can buy confetti made from rice paper and it's biodegradable.

..... and good for Meegz!... I wasn't a "young bride"...... Hubbs and I were just about 30 when we got married, and were more a stable couple in many ways!....

Here's a report on the storm we had last night. The house that had windows broken is roughly a kilometer away from me as the crow flies. I can hear another storm in the distance at the moment. Think I'll go and make a drink and get settled in before it arrives. If I don't get back have a good night and great day all. Programme is coming on now.
