Ange...I soooo understand how you feel about watching your car go away. I teared up & hid in my room til I was done crying when I sold my Chevy. I had it for 38 yrs. Even tho I know it went to good hands (someone who would take care of it as I did), it still hurt the same. But, selling it was an idea whose time had come. I'm sure the kid that bought it is having a blast w/it.
Your next car/truck is bound to be even better than your old one. Think Positive!

Wow today was a hard day! Today I drove a vechile for the first time after the accident. Never left the city but I was a nervous wreck. Tense, trembling and everytime I even thought the work slow down and stop my eyes flew to the rearview mirror. I have a feeling gettign back on this horse is gonna take a while to once more feeling comfortable behind the wheel. I was even pretty tense when i was driving with mom as a passenger today. I admit I am quite leery these days concerning cars.

It's no wonder you are nervous about driving after your experiences of being backed into and rear-ended by other negligent drivers! I hope you are able to get a good car that does well in accident tests to help you get through this.

Very much so! My parents have decided to help me out. They will gift the there car and they will look for a new one. There's is the same make and model as mine except their's is silver and not 4 wheel drive. Mom has been wanting a new one larger to fit more passengers so here's her shot and it means I will get a very relieable car. There's is the same age as mine but therir's has less then 25000 mile son it and I have driven it many times before. So i am content with the way things are going. means no loan needed, no being held in debt to my parents for a vechile I can't afford, and means no higher rate for my car insurance so i think i am gettign a very good deal and one I can live with. I am onna give my mom 1/2 of whatever my car was worth as a down payment for her new one! So in turn we will all be doing good.
I hate being in debt and owing even my parents!

No Cheri I meant the rate I pay would increase form what I currently pay 2 times a year becuase the rate will now be concerning full top quaility for a brand new vechile.
