  1. Hi. I've been lurking on this site for months and finally decided to join. I've been a cat fanatic my whole life. I'm currently owned by 2 babies - my adorable black boy, Governor (Guvi for short), and my beautiful little gray and white princess, Masha. Guvi was my niece's roommate's cat who I basically stole, and I adopted Masha from the local SPCA last year. Guvi thinks he's a dog - he'll come when called, he plays fetch, and he wants to eat my niece's dogs' biscuits. I love my babies and totally don't understand anyone who doesn't love cats. I'm looking forward to lots of postings. Thanks for allowing me to be part of the community.

  12. MoPapa: Like Sharon said most of us have our fuzzy masters in Catster and we link their Catster pages with our profile. (The 'web site' text field in your profile page is for the address of your Catster page, home page or some other page you want to share with us.)

  21. Welcome, mopapa! I don't understand people who don't like cats either! Be sure to order your very own whack-bonk stick from Pipa's Mum. She can even customize it for you. Oh and you will need a COA (cuteness overload airbag) if you tend to swoon over the cute kittens. Since you've been lurking, I'm sure you understand the necessity of these items!

    I ditto what madcatwoman said about night shift. It's the thread where the later it gets, the zanier it gets.
    Scott Bakula is a plus, and New Orleans is my home. Beignets and Cafe au lait - and red beans and rice (which I just made this weekend) - all yum!

    Make yourself entirely at home on these chat-pages and tell us more about yourself and your lil' Guvi & Masha!! How's life in what they used to call "The Big Easy" lately? Hopefully your niece can help you create a link either to Catster or a photolibrary like Snapfish or Flickr(Yahoo)! Check them out. :)
