    Bell, if the house has been taken back by the bank tell the realtor representing them that you want "cash for keys." You have to know about this program to ask for it. You agree to vacate the home and leave it in broom-clean condition. The realtor comes to the house, say on Saturday, looks it over and hands you as much as $2000. You hand over the keys. Smart banks do this to keep people from kicking holes in the walls on the way out and removing the appliances.
