   I have a 2 month old kitten and he wines when using the litter box is that normal

   If he seems like he's in pain, and/or straining, then it's not normal, and he should see a vet. Keep chekcing back, others may have some help or tips, but pain should always mean seeing a vet. Hope the little fella's alright.
