Me and my friend went frantically signing up for the free state fair tickets, My mom drove us o all of the hennipen county libraries and we signed up. But she invited her other friend since she won so many. no problem right? wrong, when ever she's with that friend she blows me off. I told her that she ignores me whenever her friends around and she got mad. I called her back because I felt guilty and she said: "I already called my friend it's too late..And by the way, that was her only way she could've went." I wanted cry. my mom was wondering what was wrong and I told her, she called the other friends dad right away and asked if the friend called. the dad said: "No." and this made me feel worse that my friend would go ahead and lie to me.
I finally said "ok". The next day It was going perfectly smooth, but when she's around her friend she try's to act mature, too mature to go-thru one of those cool mini-fake your in a fire house where you learn about smoke detectors and then you climb in a room and the guy turns on smoke and tells you to go down and climb out the window and down the ladder. And then she didn't even wait for me outside. the next day she makes plans with me and she says' okay. But she goes to her cous's house who lives across the street. "Ok, I really don't care.." until she say's that her friend and hr cousin's are all in the cous's house watching the Hannah Montana movie. I'm sick of her!! But I just can't forget about her!!

I'm sorry it sounds like she is very immature.
I hate to say it, but I used to have friends like that and it's better to just ignore them until they come around. Obviously she wants to be a mean girl so in the mean time (no pun intended) just leave her alone. You are better off without toxic friends!
