   MC, you are more than your illness. Referring to yourself as a Miracle Kid, among other things, just negatively reinforces everything you believe about your illness and keeps you stunted in that dark place. Please realize that you are cared for and valuable, ill or healthy.

   I did not notice that the thread was that old. But, MC still uses that moniker and her health is her primary topic of conversation so my comment still stands: MC is more than her illness.
