  4. At least his roomate has decided to do the right thing, what he should have done a month ago...Maybe roomate plans on keeping the puppy, but I would much rather the take the puppy completely away from the house.

  5. Not enough information here. I'm confused....is the creep on a lease? Is the place his or the roommate's? This would be great if the roommate has the place and keeps the puppy and care's for it while putting the @$!# out in the street! Grrrrrr!

  6. I read the comments---it seems Florida has no punishment for animal cruelty?????? This will probably be a dog that grows up to be mean. Can any of you who live in FL verify this?
